GlowGrid Terms of Use

These terms apply to GlowGrid and its related TAAP Games / TAAP Studios account, cloud-save, progress, support, and gameplay services.

Using GlowGrid

You may use GlowGrid for personal entertainment. Do not interfere with the game or its services, access another player's account, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, bypass security, or use the service for unlawful or abusive activity.

Accounts and parents

You are responsible for the account used with GlowGrid and for keeping access to it secure. Players who need parental permission must have a parent or guardian approve their use of account and connected features. A parent or guardian may contact TAAP Games about account access or deletion.

Progress, Glow Coins, and hints

Stars, Glow Coins, hints, tools, and other in-game progress have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed outside GlowGrid. TAAP Games may correct progress affected by errors, abuse, or corrupted save data.

Cloud saves and availability

Cloud saves are provided to help restore progress but may be unavailable during maintenance, network interruptions, account changes, or service outages. Players should keep the game updated when an update is required for compatibility or security.

Ownership

GlowGrid, its artwork, software, music, game systems, and branding are owned by TAAP Games / TAAP Studios or their licensors. These terms give you permission to use the game; they do not transfer ownership of the game or its content.

Service changes and termination

TAAP Games may update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes. Access may be limited for serious or repeated violations of these terms.
